Privacy Policy
We keep as little as we can. Your audio and video travel between your own devices and are never stored by us.
1What we store
Your email address, a hash of your password, the names, platforms and pairing codes of your laptops, when sessions started and ended, and billing records from our payment partner.
2What we never store
Audio, video, screenshots, meeting titles, participants, transcripts or chat. Media is encrypted with DTLS-SRTP between your devices.
3Connection servers
When a direct connection is not possible, encrypted media passes through our connection servers. They forward packets and cannot read them.
4Diagnostics
If you attach a diagnostics report to a support request, it contains versions, permission states and connection logs. It never contains media.
5Your rights
You can download or delete your data from Security in your dashboard. Deleting your account removes everything except billing records we must keep by law.
