Billing questions
What is a Host laptop, and why is pricing per Host?
The Host is the laptop that sits in the meeting. It is the one doing the work for the meeting, so it is the one we count. The laptop you are at, your Client, is always free, and you can have as many of each as you like.
Is there a free trial?
Every account gets 15 minutes of meetings free, enough to set everything up and sit in a real meeting. Nothing is needed to start: no card, no wallet.
What are credits?
Credits are what meetings run on. 1 credit is $1. A meeting uses 25 credits an hour, billed per minute, and only while your Client is live and sending camera or microphone to a connected Host. Setup, waiting, the dark tile and reconnecting use nothing.
How much does it cost after the free minutes?
25 credits an hour (25), billed per minute from the credits you bought, or 500 for 30 days of unlimited meetings on one Host without credits. Client laptops are always free.
How much do meeting notes cost?
Meeting notes (recording, transcript and summary) are coming. They use credits at 1.5 times the meeting rate: 37.5 credits an hour while you record. The meeting itself is included in that.
Do my credits expire?
No. Buy once and use them over months. A subscription does run out after its 30 days; it does not renew by itself, and we email you a week before it ends.
How do I pay?
With crypto, through a hosted checkout. You choose how many credits to buy, from 25; 1 credit is $1, you pick the coin and the checkout shows the amount. Card payments are not available yet.
What happens if my credits run out during a meeting?
Both panels warn you when about thirty minutes of credits are left, with a button to buy more. If the credits reach zero the session ends and the meeting sees the dark tile. Buy credits on the Billing page and press Go live again to carry on.
Can I get a refund?
Crypto payments cannot be reversed, so credit purchases and subscriptions are final. If something went wrong on our side, write to support and we will put it right with credits.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Every payment has an invoice on the Billing page, and you can add a company name and tax number there.
How does the referral programme work?
Every account has a referral code on the Invite a friend page of the dashboard. When a friend signs up with it and buys credits, you get 10 % of the credits they buy as bonus credits, every time they buy, and they get 10 % extra on their first purchase.
Can several Hosts share one pool of credits?
Yes. Credits belong to the account and any of your Hosts can use them. A subscription, on the other hand, is tied to one Host laptop.
